Our benchmark monthly publications that cover approved property and
casualty filings. Need rate and form filings from other states? We continue to service many other states
on a monthly basis and they include CA, CT, DE, FL, GA, IN, MD, MA, MI, MS,
NH, NJ, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA and WV. Additional states
are serviced for other AD HOC requests.
Cost of filings varies
based on page count and if any additional research is necessary. Please
call for pricing. A Minimum charge per filing does apply to all states for $55.
Some filings are subject to flat-rate pricing based on the material we have

range from $99/hour to $134/hour depending on state. Research fees for
Analyses/Competitive Reports, Annual & Quarterly Statements, HMO,
A&H and Life Products are typically $150/hour. SPECIAL PRICING and PREFERRED CLIENT DISCOUNTS may
apply based on type of information requested.

Annual Service Contract

Clients
are able to establish an Annual Contract so that you automatically receive
filings for specific markets, companies, and/or programs that we are
tracking for your product research and development area. These filings are
sent electronically as soon as our office receives them. Service is
customized and priced according to your needs.

daily basis. Members specify the companies or line of business to track,
and we do the rest. Find out about any approved or pending filings before
they are published. Copies of filings, if needed, are sent within days.
Annual membership fee includes tracking of the insurance companies and line
of business specified by each subscriber. Or members can choose a target

a database of insurance filings for specific insurance coverages and/or
products for particular companies. Our in-house electronic Key Word Search
groups filings according to your specific request, whether a particular
class of business, type of coverage and/or even a list of filings for a
specific company. We can electronically search more than 300,000 filings
and compile a brief customized report. Free to subscribers of any of our
publications if filings are ordered. Call or e-mail us with your requirements—we'll
do the rest.
Our database is very
powerful and was designed with our client research needs in mind. The
reports we generate from your Key
Word Search request can be sent electronically and groups
filings according to company, effective date, line of business or class of
business. This is a FREE
