insurance agent, Paul realized that obtaining competitive information was the key to

Pennsylvania Insurance ADVISOR to provide just that type of information.
Through the years, the publication has changed and evolved with the
marketplace—covering Commercial and Personal lines of insurance, including
Workers’ Compensation. Following this publication’s remarkable success, another
monthly report was established: The
New York Insurance ADVISOR, which focuses on filings approved by the New York
Insurance Department and offers the same types of information and services available for
Pennsylvania.
FilingsDirect
is an online insurance library that offers subscribers the ability to search for
competitor rate and form filings, or even their own filing. Subscribers to this
resourceful site get 24/7 access to our immense in-house library, which was created in
1993. Many new subscribers have taken advantage of our UNLIMITED "One-for-One
Program."
As we learned more about the needs of our clients, another
innovative publication was conceived—The
Professional Liability Report (PLR). This monthly subscription-only product
provides essential information on the most current coverages available in this
ever-expanding market. To date, we have reviewed more than 3,000 Professional Liability
filings, including coverages for Physicians & Surgeons, Lawyers, Technology/Internet,
Accountants, Directors & Officers, and hundreds of other miscellaneous Professional
risks.
Our State Filing
Service ties all our publications together by giving those in the insurance
industry the ability to obtain complete copies of actual filings. Add to that our Product Research and
Development unit that can track specific markets, research new and revised
coverages, develop rate comparisons and obtain competitors’ filings. Another
exclusive service provides individualized in-house electronic Keyword Searches
of our database of more than 200,000 filings, enabling clients to learn more about
specific or unique coverages.
We pride ourselves on our ability to perceive the needs of
our clients (and the industry in general) and our quick action in providing the products
and services required to fill those needs. We now make regular visits to the Insurance
Departments in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and
can obtain copies of filings from those states as well as gain access to other State
Insurance Departments to research coverages and companies for interested individuals. |
